Newport Mesa / Newport Beach House Painting

Often times when I come out and begin a job the neighbors are so excited at the progress they see on the project that I'm working on that they end up hiring me to do their houses as well. I have had this experience several times recently in the Newport Beach and Newport Mesa area of Orange County, California.

The windows needed extensive repair before painting, we used Bondo to fill cracks, holes and termite damage. The windows themselves were re-glazed with new glazing material after the old material was cut out.

The fence involved a lot of painstaking painting preparation before painting but came out beautifully.

Interior bathrooms were originally painted with an oil-based paint that yellows over time. We replaced this with a water-based paint system that maintains color integrity over time.

This home required the application of a bleach product to remove mildew from the exterior walls which is then power washed off in preparation for painting. This insures that the mildew will not return.

The Home Owner's Association was so impressed by the quality of work that we were asked to paint the entire condo complex.

We painted every existing exterior surface that there was to paint, including the fences, garage doors, shutters, patio decks, chimneys, sun decks.

this is third unit of the above condo complex. This is where it all began, with the refinishing of his kitchen cabinets.

Worn, faded, peeling cabinets were stripped and refinished with a clear semi-gloss lacquer. The cabinet job lead to being asked to paint the exterior trim which was quite mildewed. We told them that we could treat the mildew so that it would not return and then painted the eaves with a cover stain primer to insure that it did not.

The owner remodeled his home office and we were hired to paint the office, we painted the interior doors and painted the base boards for the entire unit.

a large, beautiful ranch style home on a huge lot, we painted all the wood cabinetry and wood windows so that it had a uniform, modern finish to it.

This lead to our being asked to paint the exterior of the property. We painted all of the wood shutters, French doors and wooden gates as well as painting all the walls, trim and columns that line the front of the property.

We have been asked back 4 times for various projects.
